Marketing Services

Problem:

  • This well-known digital marketing agency was sold to a Fortune 100 company. There was a significant change in leadership at the executive level as a result of the sale and the new President was faced with several senior level vacancies.
  • This occurred at a time when the organization was trying to reinvent itself under new ownership.


Solution:

  • Four Corners Group was selected to help rebuild the executive team, as well as recruit several Director level positions.
  • We created a “Partnership Plan” (which was subsequently renewed) for the client in order to solve their talent needs while still managing costs. Some of the hires were required immediately while others were timed to align with client demands.
  • Requirements for the recruitment process had to align with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial marketing services company and their parent company – a highly bureaucratic, policy-driven, global corporation.


Results:

  • Four Corners Group has made several placements including: Vice President of Strategic Growth; Digital Strategist; Director of Operations; Vice President, Design; and Marketing Planner.
  • These placements all helped with the turnaround of the company by aligning under the new direction and strategy of the President.
