Problem:
- This globally recognized consumer goods company was having very little success with recruitment suppliers.
- The company is located outside of the GTA and has always had some challenges identifying and sourcing good talent that fit their environment yet was within commuting distance.
- The company also had recurring needs at some levels and wanted to shorten the cycle time for hiring certain key positions.
Solution:
- With several successful placements already completed, we proposed a "Partnership Plan" to help this company fill vacancies throughout the year. This gave them the lowest possible fees and aligned us as a true partner with the business.
- We also created a customized "pipelining" service, which allows us to pipeline for recurring vacancies in an effort to shorten the overall recruitment process.
Results:
- We have significantly shortened the organization’s overall recruitment process.
- We have made more than 15 placements in all areas of the business: human resources, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain.
