Our executive search practice, the primary service of the firm, is based on all of the formal processes found at the large global search firms combined with the flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique search firm.  As a retainer-based firm, we pride ourselves on partnering with clients and delivering results.  While our list of clients is impressive, it is not so large that it impedes our ability to complete our assignments.  Additionally, unlike the global executive search firms, clients are assured of having senior level resources involved in completing the assignment at all stages of engagement.
